check your facts on HTML email - apparently RIM pulled html/rich text email from the next service pack release, so even if the device can do it, BES cannot on this release. I saw this on boygeniusreport.com

When we are expecting to have blackberry 4.0 OS in our devices?? HTML email is most prominent feature in the latest 4.0 OS which i am waiting for.

m.youtube.com works without a problem. As for BES and HTML email, I am running my Blackberry through BES and have no problem seeing HTML email. Although the one thing I *have* done is deleted Docs to Go to conserve on space. What a memory hog, compared to the other apps. I can view “native” documents on my laptop, thanks very much.
