The friendly folk at RIM legal are asserting trademark claims over all names including “Black”, “Berry”, and combinations thereof.

To eliminate any possible confusion, Berry411 shall henceforth be known as Beyond411. Thanks to everyone over at Blackberry Forums who suggested new names, especially juwaack68 who contributed Beyond411.
